I Must Be Nuts!!!

I am planning to slide down a long, high up zip wire down the sea wall in the Avon Gorge on Saturday 28th March!

The Precious Drops Campaign aims to raise £250,000 to set up a human milk bank at
Southmead Hospital and keep it running and equipped. The Bristol Milk Bank will be based at Southmead’s Maternity Unit and will supply donor breast milk to babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Units at Southmead and St Michael’s in Bristol (run by United Bristol Healthcare Trust).

Milk banks supply donor breast milk to babies in neonatal intensive care units. The milk, collected from healthy screened mothers who have a plentiful supply, is then tested and heat treated. The milk is then given to special care babies whose mothers cannot supply their own milk.

Donations can also be made via the Just Giving website and the Precious Drops Campaign has its own page at
