Branscombe, Devon
With a hurricane forcast for last night, we thought that we would go to the beach for the day yesterday in the hope to see some rough sea. So we wrapped up warm and headed for Branscombe, which is where salvage from the MSC Napoli was washed up in January last year. The beach is cleaned up now but half of the wreck is still lying in Lyme Bay. The sea wasn't as rough as hoped but we did get to see some amazing sudden changes in the weather, from bright sunshine, then clouding over really dark, soaked in a hail storm, the wreck surrounded with mist and then back to bright sunshine again.
